Genesis' experience in land development is rooted in the planning and engineering aspects of the industry. We work with

find the highest possible potential for their land and then assist them in reaching that potential. With our firm’s knowledge
of the development process, we are able to provide land planning services to clients that we believe are superior to firms
that are solely focused on land planning or engineering only. That’s because Genesis understands that one seemingly
insignificant decision during the land planning process can snowball into a major issue which can become costly.

Complete Project Development, Engineering and Management
Genesis specializes in providing clients with a complete management system that places our firm as the sole point of
contact for the various development team members and each governing agency. We like to think of ourselves as the liaison
between the owner / developer and other professional team members. Genesis provides the engineering and design
expertise as well as coordination of the specialized sub-consultants. In this capacity, our firm oversees the entire project on
the client’s behalf in an owner’s representative role, handling everything the client needs to successfully plan, design and
engineer their project while obtaining all permits and approvals necessary for construction.
Project Scheduling and Budgeting
Genesis is able to establish project schedules and soft cost budgets to guide the design and professional team through
the development process and maintain schedules and minimize costs. By combining our firm’s experience with these
information management systems, clients are able to track project progress at every step of the process and can forecast
cash flow requirements throughout the pre-construction phase.
Permit Expediting
Genesis works to expedite necessary permits and approvals for construction. Our firm closely monitors the progress of all
permits and approvals and communicates with the client, contractors and governing agencies to ensure a seamless
approval process in the shortest time period possible.
Construction Administration, Observation and Project Completion
Genesis is committed to providing exceptional construction oversight for our clients. Our firm has experience in
construction management which includes all aspects of construction stakeout, field inspection, materials testing, as-built
documentation and any technical services associated with mountain roadways, underground wet and dry utilities, and site
development construction. Our primary project responsibility is to observe that the project is constructed in conformity with
approved plans and specifications. Our goal is to assist with exceeding this standard through early delivery of an
exceptional project while protecting our clients’ investment and the public’s safety. Achieving this goal has resulted in
respect, a strong reputation, and most importantly, level of trust with our clients and agencies that we work hard every day to
