| 320 Ranch - Existing Septic Research and Design |

Genesis was retained by the 320 Guest Ranch to conduct a thorough septic system site
evaluation, research the capacity of the existing public water system, compile the existing data
and permits for the 21 on-site septic systems on the ranch, and to ultimately produce a report
summarizing the findings and what it would entail to update the existing systems. As part of this
project, Genesis also designed and permitted the new septic system, including a floodplain
analysis for the 75 person convention center that was recently built.
